OTC (Over the Counter) drugs are medicines which may be released in pharmacies without medical prescription. These products are used in self-medication of minor conditions, without involving a physician and include antipyretics and anti-inflammatory, analgesics, vitamins, minerals, cough-and-cold medicines, gastro-intestinal remedies, etc.

Ambroxol is a secretolytic medicine used in the symptomatic treatment of acute or chronic lower respiratory tract conditions associated with viscid or excessive mucus: acute bronchitis, exacerbations of chronic bronchitis (including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, tracheobronchitis, asthma, pneumonia, bronchiectasis, sinusitis).

Aspavim provides an additional intake of magnesium, potassium and aspartic acid in an effective and well tolerated pharmaceutical form. Aspavim is indicated in conditions of mild hypomagnesaemia (physical fatigue, increased neuromuscular irritability, muscle spasms), as adjunctive medication in coronary heart disease and arrhythmia and the prophylaxis of electrolyte disorders arising from the use of thiazide diuretics or furosemide.
